Due to its optimal equipping, the ISIS IOM system fits in any operation room and is ready to be used in just a few steps. Atop of its easy handling, it includes all characteristics required to cover the various fields of application in neurophysiological monitoring.
With its variable possibilities of configuration, the ISIS IOM system can be adjusted to your individual requirements. Take advantage of inomed’s well founded system competence and many years of experience in the field of neuromonitoring. Our special know-how guarantees a system solution adapted to your subject area.
Applications
- General Neurosurgery: cranial nerve monitoring during skull base surgery, SEP and MEP during aneurysm, angiom and interventions at the brain stemm, phase reversal and cortical mapping during central tumour and epilepsy surgery, SEP and MEP during tumours and compression of the spinal cord and nerve roots
- ENT: Facial nerve monitoring during parotid surgery, cranial and auditory nerve monitoring during removal of acoustic neurinoma
- Functional Neurosurgery: deep brain stimulation (DBS) and micro electrode recording (MER)
- Spinal monitoring with SEP and TES MEP in the aorta aneurysm surgery
- EMG and NAP recording during brachial plexus surgery and in peripheral nerve surgery
- Spinal monitoring with SEP, EMG and TES MEP during orthopaedic surgery of the spinal cord, e.g. scoliosis surgery and pedicle screw placement
- Function diagnostic
- SEP monitoring in carotid surgery
- Vagus nerve stimulation during mediastinoscopy
- Recurrent nerve monitoring during thyroid surgery
- Muscle stimulation during perineal anal plastic surgery
