Cerebral Aneurysm

Neuromonitoring is performed during cerebral aneurysm by following applications:

1. Controlled clipping of arteries in the brain, under consideration of the local blood flow of the respective brain area
2. Monitoring of the cerebral blood flow prior to, during, and after a surgical intervention at the intensive care unit

Recordings performed:

• Median SEP, tibial SEP, with respective cervical control recording
• TES MEP under consideration of different stimulation areas (not at the intensive care unit)
• Direct cortical stimulated MEP for a better localisation

• TES MEP starter kit
• SEP electrode set for neurosurgery
• Corkscrew electrodes
• Grips strip electrodes
• TES MEP switch box
• Subermal needle electrodes
